St. Mary’s County Health Department brings you Group Smoking Cessation Classes, a six week smoking cessation program offered throughout the year, which is convenient and accessible to all residents of St. Mary’s County.

What is the Program?

Our six week program is designed to help individuals quit smoking. The program uses a combination of methods, including the nicotine patch or ChantixTM. Participants learn how to control stress and diet. The class, materials and patches are free of charge.

Who is the Program For?

This program is for adults who have made the smart decision to quit smoking. To attend the classes you must be over 18 years of age and a resident of St. Mary’s County.
