The Food Safety program at St. Mary’s County Health Department receives complaints from the public regarding health concerns relating to specific food service facilities. To make a complaint, please submit an online complaint form. While identity can remain confidential, the sanitarians need the name and phone number of the person submitting the complaint in case more information is needed.
